Ronen Zitvar
Ronen, our firm’s founder, specializes in securities regulations, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial litigation. Ronen holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University (1990) and LLM majoring in commercial law from Berkeley University of California, in collaboration with Tel Aviv University (summa cum laude, 2006).
Ronen has been a member of the Israeli bar since 1991 and is a member of the securities and capital markets committee of the Israeli bar.

Zohar Hadar
Zohar specializes in securities law, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and start-up companies.
Zohar holds a law degree from Tel Aviv University (1993) and has been a member of the Israeli bar since 1994.
Prior to joining our firm in 2005, Zohar worked at Herzog, Fox and Neeman, and at Ron Gazit, Rotenberg & Co. Zohar also served as legal counsel of Keshet, one of the Israeli Channel 2 broadcasters.

Hagit Ross
Hagit specializes in capital market and securities regulations, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate law.
Hagit holds an LLB from Ramat Gan Academic Center Law-School (magna cum laude, 2000) and has been a member of the Israeli bar since 2001.
Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Hagit worked at Dankner-Luski & Co., Advocates (prior to the merger with Goldfarb, Levi, Eran) and at Erdinast, Ben Natan & Co. She was also a teaching assistant at the Ramat Gan Academic Center Law-School and at the College of Management. Hagit is a member of the securities and capital markets committee of the Israeli bar.

Ehud Weinberger
Ehud specializes in commercial law, licensing and distribution agreements, capital market and securities law.
Ehud holds a degree in political science and general studies (1990) and an LLB from Tel Aviv University and has been a member of the Israeli bar since 1996.
Prior to joining our firm in 2011, Ehud has worked at M. Firon & Co., Advocates, and was the chief legal counsel of Tiv Taam group, one of the leading supermarket chains in Israel, and also the chief legal counsel of Burgeranch, a famous Israeli fast-food chain.

Nirit Ben Meir
Nirit specialized in securities law, corporate, commercial and real estate law.
Nirit holds a law and business administration degree, majoring in real estate, from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzelya (2005) and an LLM from the Bar Ilan University (2009). She was admitted to the Israeli bar in 2006.
Nirit joined the firm in 2007, after interning at M. Firon & Co., Advocates.
